CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking your appointment, a card on file is required to hold your appointment slot.
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

GRACE PERIOD POLICY

Because of scheduling being back to back at times, we allow a 10 minute grace period.
Please contact the studio if you are running late. Arriving late to your appointment may result in cancellation charge to your card on file.

NO SHOW POLICY

No Shows will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

Please respect our time and cancel accordingly.

TAN-LINE POLICY

Female clients may tan in whatever you are comfortable in during your session.

Male clients must wear undergarments. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY

All service sales and retail sales are final.
